CLOTHING
Wader Socks -wicking type (1 pair per day)
Socks -for camp wear after the fishing
Underwear
Undershirts (short and long sleeve)
Long Underwear (2 pair) -synthetic type
Long Sleeve Fishing shirts (4)
Pants -(3 or 4)
Gloves -windbloc fleece or wool and a weather proof shell (1 each)
Hat (1 light and 1 warm)

Chest Waders -Neoprene or Goretex (Patagonia or Simms)

6 Weight Fly rod (3 or 4 piece is best, 2 will work)
5 or 7 weight (3 or 4 piece is best, 2 will work)
Floating lines -a must
Light sink tip lines -are encouraged

Camera -compact w/extra batteries and waterproof case (Ziploc Bag)
Film -Print (200-400 speed -Fuji or Kodak) and/or Slide (Fuji 100 Sensia II)

1 Quart or larger water bottle (Nalgene, MSR Dromedary or Gatorade type)
Bug repellent (1 or 2 oz bottle)-Deet is best (especially in July and early August)

PACKING TIPS
1) A 3 or 4 piece rod is recommended so that you?ll be able to pack your rod on the plane with you.

2) Pack all of your gear into one or two check through bags and one carry-on (containing essentials -reel, a few fishing supplies and a few extra clothes) for the commercial flight to Smithers. The total weight of all equipment and clothing should not exceed 50 lbs. Most people bring more gear than they will use. Pack wisely.
